Customer Experience Project Manager, SNG

We are seeking an experienced and talented Customer Experience Project Manager to work out of our beautiful downtown DC office (would be working remotely during the beginning of the year). This individual will work on our Customer Experience team and report to the Director of Customer Experience (CX).

As our Customer Experience Relationship/Project Manager, you will:
  • Provide a customer experience environment which ensures long-term, lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to develop project plans including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with our Sales, Events, Operations and Content Marketing teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and on schedule.

Director of Content

WASHINGTON, DC

Scoop News Group is seeking a seasoned business/technology writer responsible for developing, writing, editing and producing custom, multimedia content on behalf of SNG’s clients and SNG’s Content Studio. The role will report to SNG’s Sr. Vice President of Content Strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
  • Work closely with SNG’s sales and customer experience teams — and with business development executives at SNG’s clients — to conceptualize and develop custom sponsored content on behalf of SNG clients
  • Write and produce a variety of custom content — including short- and long-form articles, case studies, white paper reports, ghost-written commentaries, podcast and video write-ups — that meet generally-practiced journalism standards and SNG and client requirements
  • Create and execute accompanying social media and newsletter copy to promote custom content on SNG’s various publications and properties
  • Develop content positioning proposals, directional frameworks and podcast / video scripts for SNG clients
  • Collaborate with SNG’s editorial, graphic design, operations and special events teams to coordinate and fulfill creative development and execution of custom content

The Events Coordinator will coordinate with attendees, sponsors, and vendors, maintain event registration, manage event organization and inventory, strategize to achieve event success and the best possible attendance, and perform other duties related to organizing and hosting small and large scale virtual/hybrid/in-person events.
